【摘要】:ThispartofIEC44appliestonewinductivevoltagetransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstrumentsandelectricalprotectivedevicesatfrequenciesfrom15Hzto100Hz.Althoughthisstandardrelatesbasicallytotransformerswithseparatewindings,itisalsoapplicable,whereappropriate,toauto-transformers.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotransformersforuseinlaboratories.NOTERequirementsspecifictothree-phasevoltagetransformersarenotincludedinthisstandardbut,sofarastheyarerelevant,therequirementsinclauses3to11applytothesetransformersandafewreferencestothemareincludedinthoseclauses(e.g.see2.1.4,5.1.1,5.2,and11.2).Clause13coverstherequirementsandtests,inadditiontothoseinclauses3to12,thatarenecessaryforsingle-phaseinductiveprotectivevoltagetransformers.Therequirementsofclause13applyparticularlytotransformerswhicharerequiredtohavesufficientaccuracytooperateprotectivesystemsatvoltagesthatoccurunderfaultconditions.Instrumenttransformers(ITs)areconsideredtobepassiveelements.NOTEForoutdoorITshavingvoltages≥123kVtheRIVmeasurementsaresuitabletocovertherequirementsoftheEMCDirective.ForaguidanceofthetestprocedureEN60694:1996,§6.3mightbefollowed.Three-phaseinductivevoltagestransformersarecoveredbyHD587S1.
