【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheemissionandimmunityrequirementsforalltypesofrollingstock.Itcoverstractionstockandtrainsetsincludingurbanvehiclesforuseincitystreets.Thefrequencyrangeconsideredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Nomeasurementsneedtobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.Thescopeofthispartofthestandardendsattheinterfaceoftherollingstockwithitsrespectiveenergyinputsandoutputs.Inthecaseoflocomotives,trainsets,tramsetc.,thisisthecurrentcollector(pantograph,shoegear).Inthecaseofhauledstock,thisisthea.c.ord.c.auxiliarypowerconnector.However,sincethecurrentcollectorispartofthetractionstock,itisnotentirelypossibletoexcludetheeffectsofthisinterfacewiththepowersupplyline.Theslowmovingtesthasbeendesignedtominimisetheseeffects.Basically,allapparatustobeintegratedintoavehicleshallmeettherequirementsofPart3-2ofthisstandard.Inexceptionalcases,whereapparatusmeetsanotherEMCStandard,butfullcompliancewithPart3-2isnotdemonstrated,EMCshallbeassuredbyadequateintegrationmeasuresoftheapparatusintothevehiclesystemand/orbyanappropriateEMCanalysisandtestwhichjustifiesdeviatingfromPart3-2.TheelectromagneticinterferenceconcerningtherailwaysystemasawholeisdealtwithinEN50121-2.ThesespecificprovisionsaretobeusedinconjunctionwiththegeneralprovisionsinEN50121-1.
