【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesproceduresfordeterminingtheweldabilitylobeforproducingqualitywelds.Thetestsareusedinparticulartodeterminetheweldabilitylobeforcoated/uncoatedsteels,stainlesssteelsandaluminiumanditsalloysbutmayalsobeusedforothermetallicmaterials.Theaimofthisprocedureistoallowdeterminationoftherangeofweldingparameterswhichgiverisetoanacceptableweldqualityasdefinedwithinpreciselimits.Theprocedurecanbeusedtodetermine:a)Theinfluenceofelectrodematerial,electrodeshapeanddimensionsontheavailableweldingrangeforaparticularmaterialandweldingmachine.b)Theinfluenceofmaterialtypeandthicknessontheavailableweldingrangewhenusingaparticularcombinationofweldingelectrodesandweldingmachine.c)Theinfluenceofweldingmachinetype,orelectrodecoolingontheavailableweldingrangeforaparticularmaterialusingaparticularelectrodeshape.d)Theavailableweldingrangeinaproductionsituation.
